REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after the deposit payment is received. There is a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events when cancelled after payment is received and within 30 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND when a party or event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event. Party 'N' Roll will reschedule your event (with no cancellation fee) to another date should cancellation be necessary for any reason. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances including events beyond our control ( Examples but not limited to: Hurricanes & Pandemics)
WEATHER / ACTS OF GOD / NATIONAL EMERGENCY
The Party 'N' Roll Mobile Game Theater was designed for all types of weather conditions so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions or other severe circumstances. The Bus is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather or a state or national emergency conflicts with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (hurricanes, flooding), a national emergency (pandemic lockdown), or other acts of god, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If one of these emergency issues is threatening your party date, please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
GRATUITY
Tipping for great service is appreciated, we usually receive between 7 to 15% of the total party cost as gratuity.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All deposits are paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Bitcoin
COVID 19 & ALLERGIES
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By boarding Party N Roll vehicles you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

PRIVACY POLICY
Party 'N' Roll is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE
Our primary service area is 10 miles from our location in 34787. We also service a "secondary" area outside our primary area, but must add a travel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN
Party 'N' Roll does require a parent be on property (not the bus) and available should a need to contact them arise. The truck (console gaming) is for kids 6 and older. A parent must stay with kids age 5 and under at all times. We are not babysitters and will focus on the appropriate aged party guests.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may serve alcohol at your event or party (on your property, however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served if it gets out of control. The Client/Host is in charge of, and excepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also excepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Party 'N' Roll equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE / THEFT
Party 'N' Roll or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the vehicle in a specific location other than the street. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage including driveway damage when requested to park there by the host. Additionally, Party 'N' Roll reserves the right to charge the client for theft / damages to the Game Theater and its equipment resulting from the careless or willful misconduct of the client or their guests.
INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER
Party 'N' Roll and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the clients property or their designated location. Using the Party 'N' Roll Mobile Game Theater is not a high risk activity, so an implied waiver is assumed and agreed to with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD / DRINK
Party 'N' Roll does NOT allow food and drink on the Game Theater. You can set up food & drinks just outside the game theater in the driveway
PICTURES / VIDEO
During parties we do take pictures and video that can end up on our website or social media accounts. The Client/Host is responsible for notifying all parents of their guests while accepting any and all liability that may arise from the pictures being taken and posted. The Client agrees to indemnify Party 'N' Roll. If you do not want us taking these pictures or posting them on the website or social media, etc.. please notify us during the booking process.
THE MOBILE GAME THEATER
When we pull up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party which 98% of the time is in the street blocking the end of your driveway. Since we park on your neighborhood street, it's a good idea to let your neighbors know even though we are only there for a short period of time. Please keep in mind that we will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. The Game Theater needs 52 to 60 feet of space to maneuver and park.
